Strength and Conditioning for Sport Performance

Step up your training and take your game to the next level! Whether you’re a competitive athlete or play sports on a recreational level, all athletes will gain a competitive edge from training with Eric and the philosophy of Fuel Up. GO! Each athlete will be put on a sport specific customized training program that will include strength training, plyometrics, sport-specific aerobic conditioning and develop specific skills unique to their position and sport.

Athletes from all sports and levels will benefit from Eric’s vast knowledge and experience. Upon graduation from UW-La Crosse with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science, he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.
